切缝药包聚能控制爆破在立井硬岩快掘中的应用研究

Research on Hard Rock Rapid Heading with Cut Tube Charge Energy Accumulated Control Blasting in Shaft

摘要: 针对煤矿立井掘进炮眼利用率低,成型差的问题,采用了切缝药包定向断裂控制爆破技术。通过在周边眼使用切缝药包,在周边眼单孔药量不变的前提下,将眼数由52减为35个,眼距由600mm增大至800mm实施聚能控制爆破。现场爆破应用效果表明:切缝药包聚能控制爆破可显著提高立井爆破炮孔利用率和眼痕率,半眼痕率增加了52%,周边不平整度在±5cm,周边眼切缝药包降低爆破对围岩的扰动损伤,改善了光面爆破效果,有利于提高立井掘进速度。

Abstract: In view of the problem of low utilization rate in coal mine shaft blasting hole ,poor molding,uses the cutting seam cartridge directional fracture control blasting technology. By using cut tube charge in the contour hole,under the premise of constant single hole charge, reduces the number of contour hole from 52 to 35, hole distance increases from 600mm to 800mm and implements the control blasting. Field blasting application effect shows: cut tube energy accumulated charge control blasting can significantly improve the utilization rate of blasting hole and hole mark rate, half hole mark rate increased by 52%, shaft contour roughness is in±5cm ,contour hole cut tube charge can reduce the blasting disturbance and damage to surrounding rock,improve the smoothing blasting effect, improve the shaft heading speed.
